Mobileum’s Digital Travel Marketplace solution connects an ecosystem of world-class travel product providers with an operator’s subscribers, and personalizes content based on various insights. By deploying the platform’s ROVNG smartphone travel application, which is the customer engagement element of the solution, operators can actively create value for their roaming subscribers. When a customer uses the application to access one of the many online services, to book flights, hotels, rental cars, taxis, restaurants, and tourist activities, it generates digital revenue that is shared with the operator. This revenue can be used in a number of ways, including sponsoring roaming costs by providing a number of free roaming days, or providing loyalty points that contribute to the larger pie, and can be fulfilled via the application itself. Thus, the subscriber stays connected and engaged at all times. The operators may also choose to deploy the solution as an SDK embedded in their own customer care application.
