Since joining GSMA from Orange and Vodafone, Adrian has built a substantial portfolio of commercial services to improve and support the global mobile ecosystem.
Today, GSMA Services are themed around 5 key areas that are business imperatives for customers and members: Device Information, eSIM, Fraud & Security, Network & Interconnect and Roaming. The range of services includes solutions, tools and resources, which are underpinned by the unique, accurate and comprehensive data only a trade organisation like GSMA can collate.
Most recently, GSMA has expanded its fraud prevention service portfolio. Adrian will be talking about our ambition to enhance the telecoms industry’s capacity for combating robocalling, along with other nuisance or fraudulent calls.
As Vice President of EMEA Client Partnerships, Eduard is responsible for Niometrics’ business expansion in Europe, Middle East and Africa. This includes exploring business development opportunities and executing overall business strategy across one of Niometrics’ fastest growing regions. As the technical expert in client and partner engagements, he works closely with users in client organisations, helping them realise their potential by constantly staying relevant in the ever-changing digital landscape with Niometrics’ suite of products and solutions.

Roaming Engineer and IREG Coordinator for TIM, in charge of design technical solutions and testing of Roaming agreements. GSMA NG Working group delegate and RAEX IR.21 project leader. His expertise includes Telecommunications; IoT; Roaming; Strategic Partnerships & Operator Alliances; Strategy; Product Development & Marketing; TV & Media; Corporate Finance & Business Planning. Johannes holds a PHD Degree in Accounting & Corporate Finance.

With more than 15 years of experience in the Mobile and Wholesale Telecom industry, Katia has held different positions in the Wholesale Carrier Business that allow her to understand the various aspects of the business as well as its challenges and more specifically regarding fraud risks for the different industry verticals MNO, MVNx, OTT, IOT, Enterprise, CPAAS/UCAAS, Cloud Communications and Wholesale.
Katia also actively participates in defining Industry guidelines regarding fraud protection and chairs the i3 Forum Fraud Group, a non-profit organization focused on supporting carrier business transformation with a strong focus on fraud fighting. The i3 Forum brings together the communications expertise of the major telecommunications providers, representing an extensive fixed and mobile retail base totaling over two billion customers in over 100 countries.
Manuela Montagna is QoS and Customer Experience Manager in CKHIOD during last 4 years. She has over 30 years of telco background and over 12 years of International Roaming experience.

Muhammad holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow، City of Glasgow, UK.
Currently Muhammad is working as a Senior Manager, Security Architecture & Operation in Omantel. He played a major role in establishing information security and Cyber Defense Center. He also established Security Acceptance testing methodology and Vulnerability management system, which focus on 2G, 3G, 4G Core Network, RAN, Systems, applications & IP Infrastructure. Mohammed Moqeet is a principal contributor for Implementing ISO 27001 & PCI standards in Omantel. He has developed IT & Security strategy including strategic Plans to achieve Information Security compliance in accordance with global standards
Muhammad Moqeet ur Rab actively participating in Various GSMA security groups to develop recommendations associated with Mobile telecom network & IoT. Muhammad has led a work item to develop interconnect signaling correlation recommendations which have been added in the relevant international GSMA permanent reference document (FS.21) which will help operators to identify attack by correlating different signaling data.
Muhammad received an individual award from GSMA on his active role as a member of IoT Security Champion working group, “IoT Security Self-Assessment methodology will enable any operator and IoT vendors to assess the maturity of their IoT network elements and its ecosystem.
Nick Jones is the CTO for the Security business and was previously co-founder and CTO of Evolved Intelligence. Prior to that he was a VP of Architecture and New Product Development in Logica in the Telecoms division.

Ron was previously CTO of Nokia’s Cloud and Network Services and Software Business Groups, and now we count on him to strengthen Mobileum's products capabilities and to work with the rest of the executive team as we keep scaling the company.
LinkedInShamit is responsible for the development and building of GSMA’s new blockchain network for the entire Telco ecosystem. This global intra-telecom network will enable companies to exchange information, secure agreements for services, agree transactions, fulfil services and settle fees in a secure and immutable way.
Shamit is also responsible for GSMA’s Internet Group, the newly created GSMA Internet Group Distributed Ledger Taskforce (DLT) and Blockchain for Wholesale Roaming (BWR) Group which has been leading the effort for launching GSMA’s blockchain network beginning with wholesale roaming use case.
Shamit has a Professional Education in Blockchain – Disruptive Technology from M.I.T. (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), a MBA in Finance from Leeds University Business School, and a BE in Information Technology from Mumbai University.

In this capacity, Tim has responsibility for consulting work across a range of topics and clients in the TMT sectors along with published research reports. In an ever changing industry, this means that change is the only constant. Aside from writing and editing, he is a regular presenter at conferences, public speaking engagements and in the media. Prior to this he was a European telecoms analyst at Enders Analysis. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from Queens University in Canada, is a Chartered Manager from the Chartered Management Institute, and a Level 3 candidate in the CFA program.
Tony has a strong telecom BSS knowledge in billing, revenue assurance, managed services, payments and mobile content delivery. In June 2011, Tony was recognized as one of the 25 most influential people in the telecom software industry.

Nowadays I am focusing on international roaming quality of service at DREI Austria and working together with the Hutchison Group on the implementation of GSMA’s Global Roaming Quality framework.
