Adil is a world wide established international manager of broad experience in telecommunications. With his in-depth technical and market knowledge he has made significant contributions to network operators, vendors as well as standardization institutes. He provides as keynote speaker as well as moderator international events like Mobile World Congress (MWC in Barcelona).
Adrian Scrase played a central role in the creation of the “3rd Generation Partnership Project” (3GPP) and is responsible for the operations of the 3GPP Project Co-ordination Group. He heads 3GPPs’ Mobile Competence Centre (MCC) which is an International team of 20 experts who provide comprehensive support to the Project.
He was also principally involved in the formation of the recently created “oneM2M” Partnership Project and oversees ETSI’s support to that initiative.
He is CTO within ETSI with operational responsibility for all of ETSI’s standards production activities. He has more than 30 years experience in the telecommunications field, which includes 25 years of experience in standardization.

During his 14 year tenure at TELUS, Ed has worked in various teams and key projects, from Roaming, Core, Reliability and Messaging. Ed is now in the position of Senior Design Specialist for the Voice and Service Automation Team.
Gerald Wittmann serves as Head of Research and Development of the Testing & Monitoring Business Unit. He is responsible for the development teams for SITE, Smartphone Experience and GlobalRoamer. This includes platform maintenance as well as developing new concepts and features.
Gerald Wittmann has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including work at Ericsson Eurolab. He joined SIGOS in 2003 as software engineer for SITE, later moved on to lead the SIGOS R&D application team, acted as Technical Product Manager and became Head of R&D in 2012.
Goce Talaganov has been Business Unit Manager at SIGOS since June 2018, now as Head of Product - Testing & Monitoring, he is responsible for driving the complete product portfolio and solutions within the Testing & Monitoring Business Unit.
Goce Talaganov joined SIGOS in 2012 and since than he covered technical sales and senior product management positions within the company.
Prior to SIGOS Goce Talaganov worked in various engineering roles in both telecommunication sector as well as large enterprises specifically designing and dimensioning robust fixed and wireless networks that can facilitate mission critical services such as voice, voice conferencing, video, video conferencing, unified communication suits and payment.
More than 20 years experience in Telecommunication services. Beginning in the area of Operation Support Systems with focus on Value Added Services and Trouble Ticket Workflow systems, moving to engineering and implementation of Service Monitoring realized with Active- and Passive Probing Systems. Afterwards Service Manager of Mobile Services from delivery and customer perspective. Currently supporting Telefonica Service Quality department due to developing KPIs and Service Reports in dependence of Active Probing data sources.

JR Wilson leads operations, partnerships, and strategy for AT&T’s roaming and tower portfolios including both macro sites and small cells. JR is also responsible for AT&T’s deployment of FirstNet across AT&T’s domestic roaming footprint and wireless merger integrations. Wilson is also the Chairman of the Wireless Broadband Alliance as well as an Executive Committee Member of the High-Altitude Platforms Stations (HAPS) Alliance.
Previously, JR served as CEO and Chairman of Wireless Maritime Services (WMS), dedicated to providing satellite-based cellular connectivity on major Cruise Lines. JR also led international partnerships and alliances for AT&T’s global Internet-of-Things (IoT) business and was the architect of the AT&T Global SIM.
LinkedInLuis Jorge Romero, Director General of ETSI, has 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
At ETSI he has initiated a global standardization partnership for Machine to Machine communications, oneM2M. He has overseen the rapid development of ETSI’s Industry Specification Groups accelerating market penetration of new technologies and has enabled the first Open Source group in ETSI.
Luis Jorge has also successfully positioned the institute to take a leading role in 5G standardization through the 3GPP global partnership project and through initiatives such as ETSI’s Multi-access Edge Computing, Millimetre Wave Transmission and Network Functions Virtualization groups. He is now driving the implementation of the ETSI Strategy, an ambitious plan to prepare the institute for the future.
Active investor in early stage companies and a seasoned executive with a wide range of experiences, including serving on numerous Public and Private company Boards in various industries and geographies. Public Boards have included Safeway, Blackhawk Networks, Ruckus Wireless, Audience Inc.,SirF Technologies Union Bank, Keynote Systems, Mobile Telesystems ( Russia ), IDEA Cellular (India).

Paul Fleuren is manager within VFZ Technology Operations for Operational Readiness & Chain Management since November 2016 and is/was line manager for many Technology Discovers – young graduates. Graduated from Utrecht University in 1998 (Geophysics, Seismology) and joined Vodafone-Libertel N.V. in 2000. Before managing ORM/OCM, Paul was an engineer involved in planning the mobile 2G/3G radio network, designing indoor antenna solutions for corporate accounts, setting up the first End-2-End Service Management tooling. First management role (2009) was within Service Management Centre Front-Office providing 1st line support on Network & IT services by 24/7 alarm surveillance, and 1st line incident resolution, including timely, proactive and customer focused communication. Paul is married to Ellen and lives with his wife and two children (Olav (16) and Ivo (16), identical twins) in Maastricht.
LinkedInShicheng Hu was one of SIGOS’ co-founders in 1989. He is working as Principal Consultant for standardization, patent and the long-term vision.
As a world-leading testing expert for mobiles and networks, Shicheng Hu was the TF GRQ Chairman at GSMA Networks Group. He used to work for ETSI CTI and was the leader of 3GPP MCC TF 160 for mobile testing for 20 years.
Takis Papadakis, Principal Roaming Quality Manager in Vodafone Roaming Services, has 30+ years of experience in telecommunications.
He started his career in the Greek PTT, continued in Inmarsat, and joined Vodafone Greece in 1993, there he worked in various management roles on Network & IT services in the rollout of 2G & 3G networks.
He moved to Luxembourg in 2009 and since then he has been driving roaming quality in VRS.
Vlad works as a Product Manager for Testing & Monitoring, with focus on the SITE system. As part of the product management team he drives the product roadmap and features in areas such as 5G, NFV, IoT, eSIM and IMS Services. Before joining Mobileum, Vlad worked as a Research Engineer at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, where he was involved in research projects related to techno-economical aspects of M2M communication.
LinkedInWolfgang Wemhoff, started his career with Mannesmann in 1988. After different leadership roles at D2 and know Vodafone, in 2011 he became the CTIO of NAWRAS, now OOREDOO Oman, the first private Operator there. OOREDOO Oman became one of the most successful members of the OOREDOO Group, formerly Qatar Telecom. Wolfgang left OOREDOO in March 2018 and lives now in Oman and Germany.
